RIBBED DESIGN
The new ribbed design is the basis for the FUSION system. When combining the LITE and PRO, the ribs lock into place to insure zero rolling friction between the two inserts.
RIM PROTECTION
Tannus comes in 3 different thicknesses. The LITE at 10mm, The PRO at 20mm, and the FUSION at 30mm. (FUSION shown)
TUNABILITY
Removing PRO from your FUSION creates the LITE. Reduce your weight while keeping the sidewall stability and rim protection.
INCREASED TRACTION
Tannus tubeless tire inserts allow the rider to use lower tire pressures. LITE provides rim protection so you can ride worry free at low pressures. (FUSION shown)

Frequently asked questions
WHAT PSI SHOULD I RUN?
Tire pressure is a personal preference depending on size of the rider and riding conditions. However, adding Tannus Armour does allow you to run lower pressure which gives better control, and comfort.
We recommend starting 5psi lower than what you normally ride and adjusting your psi up or down from there based on the ride feel you enjoy.
Fat-tired e-bikes shouldn't run too low (under 10psi) as this may not offer enough support or give the comfort you're accustomed to.
E-BIKES can run at normal tire PSI.
CAN I RIDE FLAT ON TANNUS ARMOUR?
One of the great features of the Tannus Armour is that if you get a flat during the ride you can ride a few miles without hurting your rim.* However, if you do get a flat please avoid rougher terrain.
*Does not apply to the following sizes: 20x3.0-4.0, 20x4.1-4.8, and 26x4.0-4.8.
